Luxury bedrooms added at Great Western Aynho.
Four luxury double bed rooms have been opened at the Great Western Arms in Ayhno. Ideal for the business traveller or visitors to Oxford or the Cotswolds, this canal side pub is only five minutes drive from Junction 10 on the M40.
The development is a joint investment between the pub’s tenant Frank Baldwin and the Hook Norton Brewery. Each room is stylish and modern and designed for calmness says Frank Baldwin. The rooms’ colours are natural, warming and are in harmony with the region’s famous yellow stone.
All the rooms have a flatscreen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The car park is large and suitable for most vehicles. Two of the rooms have ensuite bathrooms and two have en suite wetrooms. Situated at the Eastern gateway to the Cotswolds, the pub is ideally located for Oxford, Blenheim Palace or motor racing fans visiting Silverstone.
Frank Baldwin said: “You will always receive a friendly welcome at this pub. The Great Western Arms lends itself to its surroundings. With a pretty patio area for alfresco dining during the summer, and a large open log fire for cosy winter evenings. The addition of bedrooms at the Great Western makes it an even more desirable place to visit.”
