We want you to try and discover something different in each of our beers and marvel at the skill needed to brew our beers. We hope the tasting notes will help you add to your enjoyment of our beers. But remember, what you find and how you describe it is a personal matter. There are no right or wrong answers. And no hard and fast rules – save one – drink, experience and enjoy Hooky beers.

Sight – hold you beer up to the light to get a better view of the colour and clarity.

Smell – once you’ve begun drinking, swirl the beer around the glass and take a breath and enjoy the aromas.
