Get festive with Twelve Days

Hook Norton announces the return to pubs of its seasonal favourite, the award winning Twelve Days. The beer will be available in pubs from 1 December for at least four weeks. Hook Norton Twelve Days, at a mouth warming 5.5 per cent ABV, has the colour of the perfect Christmas pudding.

Twelve Days has a dominant malty palate with nutty flavours. The use of roasted chocolate malt creates the rich colour. Hook Norton Managing Director James Clarke said: "Anyone drinking a glass of Twelve Days will quickly discover that it has the depth of character to warm even the coldest winter's night."

"Twelve Days is beautifully balanced, with a strong malt and nutty flavour which comes from the Maris Otter Pale ale, Chocolate, enzymic and crystal malts.

"The hop character is present in the aftertaste, which is dominated by a refreshing sweetness. It goes well with a log fire, or blue cheese, or maybe rich Christmas cake or pudding." Twelve Days is available all year round in 500ml bottles from leading off-licenses and supermarkets.
