Hook Norton Managing Director is tops with British Institute of Innkeeping.
The British Institute of Innkeeping (BII), the professional body for the licensed retail sector and the industry's leading membership organisation has honoured Hook Norton’s Managing Director James Clarke by making him a Fellow of the organisation.
Fellow grade is the highest grade of BII membership which is reached through qualifications and experience according to the BII’s eligibility criteria.
Reaching Fellow status is an outstanding achievement and recognises established professionals within the BII’s membership.
BII Director of Membership Steve Howe said the award was “in recognition of Hook Norton’s contribution to the history and integrity of the licensed trade.” James said: “I am flattered that my work and the work of many people at Hook Norton to raise standards in our pubs has been recognised in this way.“
