Hook Norton Brewery welcomes people with disabilities to our properties. We are in full support of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and have made certain alterations to our properties to improve access for disabled people.

As a company we will endeavour to evolve and improve the access and facilities our properties provide by making ‘reasonable adjustments’ to help our disabled customers enjoy their visit. We are aware of the BS8300 that details best practice with regards to designing buildings to meet the needs of disabled people, and will so far as is reasonable, try to adhere to them, along with the Code of Practice published by the Disability Rights Commission.

Unfortunately there are some properties where alterations would be detrimental to the well being of the building, which may lead to certain access points and facilities being impossible to provide. In this situation we will endeavour to seek an alternative wherever possible.

Hook Norton Brewery welcomes constructive comments from people with disabilities about our properties as these may help us make ‘reasonable adjustments’ to the access and facilities at our properties. This in turn we hope will make your future visits even more enjoyable.
